About Committee Chair Rachel Balzora Thorn

Rachel Balzora Thorn was born May 12, 1965, in Pennsylvania. At the age of twenty, she chased a girl to Japan, only to learn that that girl had herself chased a girl to Japan. But she found a new love in Japan: shōjo manga. She/Her," please.
